Randy is a graduate of Nashville Auction School. He is a member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and holds the CAI designation. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the Mississippi Auctioneers Association. Randy is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).

Randy is a Mississippi Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Mississippi. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. Randy is also a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and holds the CCIM designation.
